  • Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS) including user and group management, file permissions, process monitoring, package management (yum, apt), and service troubleshooting to maintain hosting availability.
  • Collaborate with clients to connect OVI hosting servers with Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, database servers, and application servers for production application connectivity, including DNS, firewall, and access configuration.
  • Diagnose and resolve production incidents involving Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, virtual host configuration, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS records, and website accessibility.
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot cron jobs and Bash scripts to automate backups, maintenance, monitoring, and scheduled operational tasks.
  • Monitor Linux system logs and Windows Event Viewer to identify infrastructure issues, restore services, and support incident response.
