Collaborate with clients to connect OVI hosting servers with Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, database servers, and application servers for production application connectivity, including DNS, firewall, and access configuration.
Diagnose and resolve production incidents involving Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, virtual host configuration, SSL/TLS certificates, DNS records, and website accessibility.
